We are looking for a professional interested in innovative construction systems, efficient construction, technical site coordination, and developing solutions that enable us to offer the market an integrated response: design, engineering, and construction. Required Profile * Higher education degree in **Civil Engineering**; * Interest in efficient construction, innovation, and sustainability; * Knowledge of construction works, materials, structures, and construction processes; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Organizational skills, autonomy, and sense of responsibility; * Strong communication skills with teams, suppliers, and clients; * Willingness to undergo training and travel to construction sites; * Preference for candidates residing in the Braga district or nearby areas. We Value * Experience in site management, supervision, or coordination; * Knowledge of cost estimation and planning; * Knowledge of energy, thermal, and acoustic efficiency; * Registration with the Order of Engineers or the Order of Technical Engineers; * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, and planning tools.
