**Kitchen Assistant — New Restaurant Opening Ribatejo Restaurant — Senhora da Hora** The Ribatejo Restaurant, currently undergoing **reopening and renovation**, is seeking a **Kitchen Assistant** to join the new team. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to start **during the pre-opening phase**, assisting with preparations and learning the house's procedures from the beginning. Main responsibilities: * Assisting chefs during service. * Supporting with **pre-preparations** (cutting, portioning, mise en place). * Maintaining an organized and clean work area. * Strict adherence to hygiene and HACCP standards. Requirements: * Some kitchen experience. * **Willingness to learn and grow.** * Ability to work as part of a team and under guidance. * Good organization and responsibility.
