RESPONSIBILITIES: * Quality process/product; * Definition and implementation of improvement plans and actions aimed at optimizing processes, increasing productivity and organizational growth; * Preparation of technical documents related to the Quality Management System; * Support in internal and external audits; * On-site quality monitoring, based on problem identification and resolution. REQUIRED PROFILE: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in the role; * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management or similar; * Team-oriented and goal-driven; * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; * Strong organizational ability; * Punctual and diligent.
