Apply now as **(Specialist) Quality Manager (d/m/w)** In this exciting and challenging position, you will be responsible for ensuring and implementing the quality management strategy of the HOLY FASHION GROUP for our brands STRELLSON, JOOP! and windsor. You will be responsible for continuously optimizing and updating the quality management system with a focus on international requirements for chemical management, quality assurance and quality control processes. Your responsibilities: * Responsibility for chemical and product safety management, including maintenance of the Restricted Substances List (RSL), creation of conformity declarations, and monitoring of QA/QC standards for all materials and product categories * Planning and implementation of projects to ensure compliance with legal and customer-specific requirements, especially in the areas of PFAS management and import/export compliance (IDD/EDD) * Development, coordination and continuous improvement of quality assurance and quality control procedures along the entire supply chain to ensure consistent product quality and compliance * Organization and execution of internal training sessions and supplier workshops on quality, chemical compliance and process control standards * Support in market analysis and ensuring compliance with European and international chemical regulations * Management of quality and licensing agreements as well as review and approval of external laboratory test reports and invoices * Close collaboration with internal departments, external laboratories and suppliers to strengthen chemical compliance and product quality throughout the production process You bring: * Successfully completed degree in textile or apparel technology, chemistry or a comparable qualification in quality management or extensive experience in a testing laboratory * At least five to eight years of relevant professional experience in quality management within the textile or apparel industry, preferably in men's wear, women's wear and textile pre-processes such as weaving and accessories production * Knowledge in production, finishing and dyeing processes * Experience and basic knowledge regarding sustainability standards for textiles * Ideally first experience in implementing an MRSL (Manufacturing Restricted Substances List) * Excellent English language skills and very good IT skills (especially SAP and MS Office) * Strong communication skills, confident demeanor and persuasiveness * Structured, careful and goal-oriented working style combined with strong implementation capabilities * Team spirit and high social competence **Our Benefits:** -------------------- Our employees are essential to the success of our brands and our company.
