Solid experience in carpentry and contractual management **Description:** ---------------- **Main Responsibilities** * Coordination of the construction management team. * Planning, management, and coordination of installation teams. * Liaison with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and compliance with requirements. * Oversight of all company projects, both national and international. * Management of materials and equipment; * Adherence to established deadlines and enforcement thereof. * Management of project timelines, budgets, and quality. **Requirements:** ----------------- **Technical and Behavioral Competencies** * Professional or higher technical education (Engineering); * Minimum 5 years’ experience in leadership roles; * Over 15 years’ experience in carpentry; * Solid knowledge of construction systems and industrial equipment; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Office software; * Contractual management of projects; * Control of labor costs, accommodation, travel, and transportation expenses; * Preparation and interpretation of technical drawings. * Strong interpersonal skills; * Determination and commitment to achieving objectives; * Good communication and teamwork abilities; * Initiative, dynamism, and proactivity; * Team spirit and interest in collaborative work.
