

***Attention: I’m abroad with a time zone difference*** I hope the timing works and we’ll meet for a diligent-bee session <3 ### 🇩🇪 **German version, English below** **Focus Body-Doubling: Getting Started Together in Silence** Whether you’re working, studying, reading, handling paperwork, or tidying your apartment—during this session, we focus together. **Schedule:** * **5–10 min** Check-in & optional sharing of what you’d like to accomplish during this session * **60 min** Focus time (microphones off at all times; feel free to gently remind each other—including me :D) * Brief check-in after 60 min * **Breaks:** Participants have found it works well to self-organize breaks—for example, preparing a snack, walking the dog, then returning—this is perfectly fine. * **5–10 min** Check-out & debrief 👉 Anyone joining after the session has started will be admitted silently and can join the conversation during the next break round. 👉 If possible, use a second screen (phone & laptop)—it makes a real difference to see each other. **Important:** 🎯 **Focus means focus:** Body-Doubling sessions intentionally include no breakout rooms or extended social interaction. 📵 **No participation from public environments**, where strangers could overhear or see you.
