Drive continuous improvements in performance, reliability, and security **Description:** ---------------- Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Implement, configure, maintain, and continuously evolve the ITSM platform, including workflows, forms, service catalogs, automations, integrations, and platform upgrades; * Collaborate closely with Service Management teams and the Product Manager to translate functional requirements into scalable, high\-quality technical solutions; * Actively contribute to the resolution of complex platform incidents and drive continuous improvements in performance, reliability, and security. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; * Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ITSM Platform Engineer or in a similar role; * Strong technical expertise in ITSM platforms (BMC Helix, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar); * Proven experience in platform customization, scripting, and API integrations; * Solid knowledge of ITIL frameworks, with the ability to apply them in a practical and technical context; * Proactivity and dynamism; * Organizational and communication skills.
