Within the scope of a long-term project in Portugal, we are seeking to hire a supervisor with technical background and experience in quality control and monitoring of civil construction activities. The purpose of this role is to strengthen compliance with procedures established by the construction department, ensuring that work is carried out correctly according to technical, regulatory, and safety standards. The project, related to a large-scale construction site, requires rigorous fieldwork supervision and accurate document management within the implemented quality system. **Responsibilities:** * Inspection and acceptance of materials and equipment prior to installation on site. * Technical monitoring of field activities, applying documents from the quality system (PPI, plans, procedures...). * Preparation of necessary technical records for the final quality dossier (PPI, certificates, test reports, etc.). * Conducting observations on safe working conditions during medium or high-risk tasks performed by contractors, recording corrective actions when applicable. * Identification, tracking, and closure of non-conformities detected during work execution. * Collaboration with the HSSE team, reporting any safety and health anomalies. * Active participation in duties assigned according to internal procedures of the Construction Department. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, or similar. * Master's degree in Quality Management is desirable. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles (wind farms, electrical substations, combined cycles...). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Minimum Spanish language level B1. * Valid driver's license and availability for travel. **Advantageous skills:** * Knowledge in process improvement, document management, and non-conformity control. * Experience in maintenance of technical equipment. · Experience in civil works inspection, compaction, foundations, pipelines, roads, etc. **Conditions:** * Full-time on-site work regime. * Contract tied to the duration of the project. **Note:** This position requires availability for relocation and residence in Portugal throughout the entire project period. **Interested?** Send your resume to **marketing@prevecons.com**, indicating in the subject: **"Ref.
