Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to manage daily operations, control material flows, and ensure environmental compliance at a waste park. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we are looking to strengthen our team by hiring a **Production Supervisor** to join our operations team at a waste park. **Main Responsibilities:** * Daily monitoring of activities; * Recording and controlling material flows, as well as issuing and tracking e-GARs, ensuring compliance with current environmental legislation; * Supporting park organization, coordination with operators and external entities; * Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. **Required Profile:** * Secondary education (12th grade), professional course in Environmental Technician or similar field (preferred); * Knowledge in environmental management and/or waste management (preferred); * Organizational skills, responsibility, and autonomy; * Strong communication and teamwork abilities; * Sensitivity to safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance issues. **Requirements:** * Sense of responsibility and dynamism; * Organizational skills. **What We Offer:** * Employment contract; * Initial and ongoing on-the-job training; * Meal allowance.
