A company in the metalworking sector, located in Esposende, is seeking to hire a Design Technician (m/f) with the following qualifications: \- Bachelor's degree (Pre\-Bologna) or Civil Engineer with focus on metallic structures; \- Proficient in structural calculation methods based on Eurocodes; \- Proficient in calculation software IDEA StatiCa, CYPECAD, and 3D modeling software TEKLA Structures; \- Knowledge and ability to interpret regulations and standards applicable to construction activities in general, and specifically to the design and manufacturing of metallic structures; \- Registered with the professional order. \- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team; \- Sense of responsibility, organization, proactivity, and resilience. Preferred selection criteria: \- Experience in budgeting/design of metallic structures; \- Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to designed products; \- Fluency in foreign languages (French and English), spoken and/or written; \- Minimum of 2\-3 years of experience (preferable).
