Work collaboratively with a positive attitude, friendliness, and professional appearance Your mission will be to support store operations, ensure customer service, and comply with food hygiene and safety procedures, contributing to the store’s overall objectives. **Your Responsibilities:** Ensure excellent customer service, support, and sales, guaranteeing customer satisfaction; Ensure proper receipt and storage of goods in the store; Ensure stock quality and rotation, guaranteeing attractive product presentation and freshness; Know and comply with quality standards, food safety, hygiene, and occupational health and safety best practices. **Candidate Profile:** Experience in customer-facing roles with strong customer orientation; Minimum educational qualification: completion of secondary education (12th grade); Availability to work varied shifts; Willingness to learn and enthusiasm for teamwork; Positive attitude, friendliness, and professional appearance. **Who We Are:** The Jeronymo cafeteria chain was launched in 2002, initially as coffee kiosks inside stores of the Jerónimo Martins Group, later evolving into full-service cafeterias.
