We are looking for a SAP Success Factors Tech Lead, to integrate directly the team of our client \- a reference company in the industry sector. What will be your main tasks and responsibilities? * Lead the technical and functional architecture of SuccessFactors modules, overseeing implementation projects across multiple locations; * Coordinate technical and cross\-functional teams to maintain solutions, solve bugs, and ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams; * Act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, aligning business requirements with technological solutions and integrating HR processes with technology; * Drive continuous improvement, consolidation, and expansion of the solution to meet evolving business needs. What is required from you? * Academic background in Computer Engineering, Science or similar areas; * Minimum 04 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors projects; * Previous experience in managing projects and teams \- functional or technical teams; * Ability to understand complex processes and translate them into technical solutions; * Focus in steering and aligning technology according to the strategic goals of the company; * Fluency in English (B1\-B2 minimum).
