In addition to these companies, Atlas Ocean Voyages, DouroLegend, DouroHeritage, DouroAzul Talents, and Mystic Ocean currently belong to MysticInvest. **Job Description** You will report directly to the company's HR Director and will have the following main responsibilities: **Training:** * Develop and coordinate training programs for employees at all levels * Conduct training needs assessments and create customized learning plans * Evaluate training effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations * Manage the learning management system and maintain training records **Career Development and Group Compensation & Benefits:** * Support the implementation of career development initiatives * Assist in creating and maintaining job descriptions and career paths * Contribute to the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs * Conduct salary surveys and market research to ensure competitive compensation packages **Performance Evaluation:** * Assist and monitor the annual performance appraisal process * Guide managers and employees on performance evaluation procedures * Analyze performance data and prepare reports for senior management **HR Analytics and Reporting:** * Collect and analyze HR metrics related to training, development, and performance * Prepare regular reports on key HR indicators for management review * Identify trends and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making **Development:** * Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives * Assist in creating internal communications related to HR programs and policies * Contribute to organizing employee recognition events and programs **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields; * 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources Development; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software; * Strong organizational skills; * Good verbal and written communication skills; * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. **Additional Information** * Opportunity to join an ambitious project; * Potential for career advancement within a growing Group; * Integration into a young and dynamic team; * Salary commensurate with experience and demonstrated expertise.
