What are the mission responsibilities? \- Answer customer calls regarding any inquiries related to Oney products and services; \- Advise and present solutions to meet customer requests; \- Promote and sell Oney products and services according to customer needs and Oney's objectives; \- Process contractual changes according to customer requests (personal data); \- Increase customer satisfaction by applying customer service rules and internal procedures. What are we looking for? \- High school diploma (12th grade); \- Excellent communication skills, particularly assertiveness and negotiation ability; \- Results-oriented, motivated to work towards goals and able to manage stress positively; \- Enjoy communication and teamwork.
