Integration into a social response—the Inclusion Counter\-Fafe So Close—is a Mobile Unit for Social and Digital Inclusion designed to promote social and digital inclusion and well-being among vulnerable populations, such as elderly people and persons with disabilities. Through digital training initiatives, psychological support, preventive healthcare, mobility assistance, and dissemination of rights and social support services, the project seeks to reduce inequalities and improve people’s quality of life by bringing essential services to the most isolated parishes.
