Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HVAC Procurement Manager for the domestic market to efficiently manage the procurement of HVAC equipment and materials, ensuring quality and cost optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Efficient procurement management of HVAC equipment with focus on quality and cost. 2. Negotiation and selection of HVAC equipment suppliers. 3. Coordination with projects to ensure technical compliance of materials. We aim to strengthen our team by hiring an HVAC Procurement Manager with knowledge of the domestic market for the implementation of HVAC systems. **Job Mission** Ensure efficient procurement management of equipment, materials, and services related to HVAC systems, guaranteeing quality, on-time delivery, cost optimization, and compliance with technical requirements of projects and the company. **Main Responsibilities** * Identify, select, and negotiate with suppliers of HVAC equipment and materials (air handling units, chillers, fans, ducts, piping, consumables, etc.). * Secure optimal purchasing conditions (price, delivery lead time, quality, and payment terms). * Monitor material stock levels and manage procurement needs in coordination with warehouse and site teams. * Request and analyze quotations, prepare technical-economic comparisons, and support supplier selection. * Issue and manage purchase orders rigorously, ensuring on-time delivery. * Control and monitor supplier and subcontractor performance. * Maintain up-to-date supplier database and commercial terms. * Coordinate with project and construction departments to ensure purchased materials meet technical and regulatory requirements. * Control costs and support preparation of budgets for commercial proposals. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards in procurement processes. **Competencies and Requirements** * Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and their components. * Prior experience in procurement or supply chain functions, preferably in construction/technical installations. * Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. * Organizational, planning, and detail-oriented abilities. * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Conditions:** - Opportunity to join a growing company; - Compensation package commensurate with experience; Please send your application to: rh@evoproject.pt Type of position: Full-time Salary: €1,000.00 – €1,600.00 per month Benefits: * Meal card/voucher Experience: * Team leadership: 1 year (preferred)
