Coordination of teams and subcontractors #### **About the Electrical Installation Project Manager Role** The client seeks an Electrical Installation Project Manager to join their technical team, responsible for full project management—from preparation to final handover—ensuring compliance with technical, financial, contractual, and quality requirements, as well as development, review, and execution of electrical installation projects, primarily for commercial and industrial sectors. ### **Requirements** ### **Key Responsibilities** * Know and ensure compliance with the project budget, contract, and specifications. * Technically prepare the project by proposing more efficient and/or cost-effective solutions and alternatives. * Plan, coordinate, and manage production, human resources, equipment, and materials. * Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project objectives. * Monitor costs, deadlines, quality, and production levels, preparing and presenting periodic reports. * Monitor project changes and negotiate additional work. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and internal procedural standards. * Maintain formal, clear, and effective communication with all stakeholders. * Conduct periodic site supervision, ensuring measurement certificates, provisional and final acceptance, and delivery of final drawings. ### **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. * Valid registration with the Portuguese Association of Engineers (OE) or the Portuguese Association of Electrical Engineers (OET), and with the General Directorate for Energy and Geology (DGEG). * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical project management for electrical installations in buildings within the commercial, industrial, healthcare, or service sectors. ### **Personal Competencies** * Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, autonomy, and organization. * High attention to detail and strict adherence to procedures. ### **Benefits** * Integration into a stable and growing company; * Participation in technically challenging projects; * Contractual stability aligned with candidate profile; * Benefits commensurate with role and experience.
