We are currently seeking a passionate **Receptionist / Rotational** candidate committed to excellence to join one of our units in Porto. **Responsibilities:** * Guest reception, assistance, and welcoming; * Telephone support; * Handling complaints; * Clarifying inquiries regarding the hotel and available services; * Online and telephone reservations; * Daily transaction closing. **Requirements:** * Education in Tourism or Hospitality; * Prior experience in a hotel setting; * Mandatory fluency in English (additional languages are an asset); * Strong communication skills and team spirit; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including rotating days off (non-negotiable); * Responsibility, professionalism, and dedication; * Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal abilities; * Sense of responsibility and customer orientation; * Autonomy, proactivity, dynamism, and commitment; * Professional appearance and personal grooming.
