We are looking for a **RDI Project Manager** for our **RDI department in Maia.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Accompany client visits/audits at Frulact; * Conduct periodic client visits to monitor ongoing projects / production issues / optimizations / new projects, etc.; * Prepare reports and communicate corrective/future actions to the management structure; * Promote/ensure proactive client presentations in coordination with Marketing; * Prepare reports upon client request; * Prepare/supervise responses to complaints related to R&D; * Develop projects with full technical autonomy, decision-making in managing priorities and risk (financial; resources; time); * Receive and analyze briefings; * Monitor and control the development process from formulation to sample delivery; * Adjust formulas according to client feedback; * Ensure formula optimization, considering project profitability for Frulact; * Provide formulas to the Commercial Department for costing purposes and make any necessary adjustments; * Analyze recyclables generated by the customer's PA and propose incorporation; * Prepare and/or verify technical data sheets of samples and requested technical documentation (GMO, Allergens); * Ensure/monitor the entry of all project information into the system. **PROFILE** * Academic background: Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Food Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering (or similar); * Professional experience in similar roles desirable but not mandatory; * Good oral and written command of English; * Proficient in MS Office 365 tools; * Strong sense of responsibility and organization; * Proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven; * Willingness to travel.
