Training and career development opportunities **About the Role** We aim to strengthen the team at our Santo Tirso industrial facility with a Shift Supervisor. Reporting directly to the Production Director, the selected candidate will lead the shift production team and its respective processes, ensuring achievement of production targets, deadlines, and quality standards. Every day, we provide insulation systems for the construction industry—a key step in reducing CO2 emissions and achieving environmental sustainability and ecological footprint reduction goals. We produce 50 million fish boxes annually, ensuring safe transport for 3 billion meals and reducing food waste. 6 million vehicles produced in 2023 include BEWI components, delivering excellent passenger protection and safer journeys.
