We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the production team and processes, ensuring achievement of production targets, deadlines, and quality standards.

**About the Role**
We aim to strengthen the team at our Santo Tirso industrial facility with a Shift Supervisor.
Reporting directly to the Production Director, the selected candidate will lead the shift production team and its respective processes, ensuring achievement of production targets, deadlines, and quality standards. Working hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts monthly—afternoon and night shifts.
**Profile**
* High school diploma or higher academic qualification in management or engineering
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles
* Leadership and team management skills
* Good command of English and Excel
* Knowledge of Kaizen methodologies, particularly Daily Kaizen (preferred)
* Knowledge of maintenance practices
* Residence in Santo Tirso or neighboring areas

In 1980, we began with fish boxes in Norway. Today, we supply a broad range of recycled and recyclable products across multiple locations in Europe.
Every day, we provide insulation systems for the construction industry—a key step in reducing CO2 emissions and achieving environmental sustainability and ecological footprint reduction goals.
We produce 50 million fish boxes annually, ensuring safe transport for 3 billion meals and reducing food waste.
6 million vehicles produced in 2023 include BEWI components, delivering excellent passenger protection and safer journeys.
