We are looking for a **System Analyst** to act as the vital bridge between our Business/Product teams and our Engineering squad. **While our tech stack is cutting\-edge, we value** **traditional analysis rigor****. You won't just be writing user stories; you will be diving deep into API contracts, designing data flows for complex financial transactions, and ensuring our microservices communicate flawlessly. You will translate business needs into precise technical specifications that our Senior Golang developers can build without ambiguity.** **Day\-to\-Day Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with Product Managers to gather high\-level business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications (FRs/NFRs) * Design and document RESTful/GraphQL/MCP/gRPC API contracts, data models, and sequence diagrams for microservices communication * Maintain up\-to\-date system documentation (Confluence, Swagger/OpenAPI) ensuring "truth" in our knowledge base. * Define data mapping between internal microservices and external 3rd party banking providers/payment/crypto processors. * Facilitate communication between stakeholders and developers. You speak "Business" (profit, retention, user flow) and "Tech" (latency, throughput, eventual consistency). * Assist QA engineers in defining test cases and acceptance criteria based on your specifications. * Perform ad\-hoc data analysis to validate hypotheses or troubleshoot issues using SQL. **Requirements:** * Preferable 3\+ years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst (with strong technical focus), or a Developer looking to switch tracks. * Strong understanding of **REST, GraphQL, MCP and/or gRPC** APIs. * Basic familiarity with **Microservices architecture** patterns * Experience with **SQL** (PostgreSQL or similar) for data querying * Proficiency in UML (Sequence, Component, Activity diagrams) and BPMN.
