**In your daily routine, you will perform the following duties:** * Provide and ensure healthcare to clients by assessing their needs and problems in order to diagnose situations according to established prescriptions and priorities; * Welcome the client and prepare them for discharge; * Participate in projects, training sessions, and events in accordance with the strategic and commercial policy of Grupo Trofa Saúde; * Record clinical observations and other relevant information in the patient record system, including used supplies, as per established protocols; * Coordinate provided services with multidisciplinary teams; **What we value:** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; * Minimum of 2 years of experience; * Holder of a Professional License from the Portuguese Nurses Order; * Strong sense of responsibility; * Teamwork skills; * Availability to work in shifts; **What we offer:** * Opportunity to join a leading group in the private healthcare sector in Portugal; Join our team and send us your application!
