**Junior Credit Recovery Manager – Parque das Nações** We are looking for a Junior Credit Recovery Manager to join a team dedicated to debt management and recovery. **Responsibilities:** * Manage credit recovery processes, ensuring an effective and empathetic approach * Develop strategies to optimize value recovery * Monitor client portfolio performance and maximize results **Profile:** * Previous experience in call centers, preferably in banking, financial institutions or credit recovery * Strong persuasion, negotiation and results-oriented skills * Completed 12th grade **Conditions:** * Rotating schedule: 10:00–20:00, Monday to Friday * Availability to work up to 2 Saturdays per month * Base salary + meal allowance + performance bonus * Permanent employment contract * Hybrid work regime after 6 months * Integration into a dynamic team with opportunities for professional growth Selected candidates will be contacted within a maximum of 10 business days.
