Your role: \- Client management and support (B2B and B2C) \- Close communication with architects, designers, and partners \- End-to-end management of commercial opportunities, from initial contact to closing \- Organization and updating of sales information in CRM \- Direct collaboration with management and the design team The profile we seek: \- Strong communication and interpersonal skills \- Organizational ability, sense of responsibility, and autonomy \- Ethical, empathetic, and professional demeanor \- Active listening and consultative (non-aggressive) sales capability \- Genuine interest in design, architecture, or premium projects \- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are valued) \- We value attitude, maturity, and cultural alignment more than formal qualifications or years of experience.
