MDS Group is hiring for the role of **Account Executive** at its Porto office, aiming to strengthen the Client Management team within the Corporate Risk Management division. **Job Responsibilities** * Manage and develop a corporate client portfolio, supported by a dedicated team; * Portfolio management and business development (cross-selling and upselling); * Mastery of Life and Non-Life insurance lines, with a consultative and customer-focused approach; * Provide continuous client support, ensuring service levels and growth targets; * Identify client needs, present tailored solutions, and foster client retention; * Maintain regular communication with clients: visits, meetings, reports, and proposals; * Conduct inquiries and obtain quotations via insurance company platforms; * Handle administrative tasks related to the role (email, phone calls, etc.); * Proactively contribute to improving operational processes. **About You** * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, internal teams, and insurers; * Skilled in building trust-based relationships and identifying impactful solutions; * Commercial experience in the insurance sector and results-oriented negotiation skills; * Critical and strategic thinking, with focus on analysis and prioritization; * Autonomy, organization, and strong sense of responsibility in daily activities; * Passion for continuous improvement and thriving through challenges; * Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory); * Strong command of English (mandatory). **About Us** We were founded in Portugal 40 years ago.
