Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to technically and humanely manage the production unit, optimize processes, and lead teams within a solid project. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous training and career progression Reporting to Production Coordination, we seek a Production Shift Supervisor (m/f/d) to join a stable and solid project. During this assignment, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following key activities: \- Technically and humanely managing the production unit; \- Organizing and controlling the production process to optimize performance, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions; \- Ensuring compliance—by all teams—with implemented industrial management methodologies, in line with continuous improvement principles; \- Performing the same tasks as the team being supervised, when required by operational context; \- Receiving reports from the supervised team and ensuring effective communication; \- Completing and organizing all documentation required for their functional area, ensuring accurate receipt of all relevant information from the previous shift, continuity of the preceding shift’s work, and proper handover of information to the next shift; \- Reporting to the Production Manager; Requirements: \- Educational level \- Higher education; \- Chemistry-related education is preferred; \- Foreign language skills are valued; \- Knowledge of continuous improvement (preferred); \- Industrial environment experience (preferred); \- Professional experience in team management; \- Availability to work rotating shifts; \- Leadership and teamwork capabilities; \- Dynamism, empathy, proactivity, and sense of responsibility.
