Job Summary: We are seeking a Project & Licensing Architect to join our team developing and building modular homes, participating in residential projects from concept to construction. A collaborative, dynamic, and innovation-oriented work environment We are recruiting: Project & Licensing Architect | Modular Construction and LSF Do you want to be part of the new generation of construction in Portugal? At DomusTech, we develop and build modular homes using light steel frame (LSF) structures, combining innovation, efficiency, sustainability, and design. We are looking for an Architect to join our team in Maia and participate in residential projects ranging from concept to construction. Location: Maia (Porto) | On-site work Your challenge * Develop preliminary studies and architectural proposals according to client requirements; * Create 3D models and innovative architectural solutions for T1 to T4 dwellings; * Prepare licensing and execution projects (floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction details); * Coordinate architecture with engineering disciplines; * Produce descriptive reports, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation; * Monitor on-site construction execution and provide technical support to production; * Contribute to high-energy-efficiency, thermal-comfort, and sustainable solutions. Our ideal candidate * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture; * Minimum 1 year of experience in residential project design; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Revit, or BIM); * Knowledge of Lumion or Enscape is an advantage; * Experience or interest in Light Steel Frame (LSF) and metal structure construction systems (preferred); * Familiarity with licensing procedures and applicable regulations; * Organized, technically rigorous, creative, and detail-oriented; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients and construction teams.
