Serviços a Cliente department is looking for a Technical Process Specialist \& AI Solutions. What you will do: style\="margin\-top:0\.0cm;margin\-bottom:0\.0cm" type\="disc"\- * Business process automation using Artificial Intelligence technologies, programming, and automation tools; * Monitoring, managing, and coordinating the activities of the Technical BPO; * Analyzing operational processes and designing AI solutions that support decision\-making and task execution by users; * Defining and monitoring guidelines for responding to customers' technical requests, ensuring alignment with the processes and deadlines established by E\-Redes' High Voltage (HV), Medium Voltage (MV), and Low Voltage (LV) technical departments; * Monitoring and overseeing the network damage management process, in coordination with MV and LV technical teams and external technical service providers; * Designing decision workflows for operational processes related to customers' technical requests, network damage cases, and technical non\-conformities affecting customer assets. Employment type: Full\-Time Work site: Hybrid Model City:Porto What are we looking for: style\="margin\-top:0\.0cm;margin\-bottom:0\.0cm" type\="disc"\- * Bachelor's degree or, preferably, a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field (candidates with a background in Mathematics, Data Science, or equivalent will also be considered); * Knowledge and hands\-on experience in implementing Artificial Intelligence solutions and process automation to optimize business processes; * Experience in process analysis, optimization, and redesign; * Ability to analyze operational processes and design AI solutions that support decision\-making and task execution by end users; * Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and stakeholders; * Ability to coordinate and oversee technical operations and manage cross\-functional initiatives involving both internal and external teams; * Experience implementing solutions that guide users through complex processes, ensuring consistency, compliance, and high\-quality outcomes; * Strong organizational and planning skills, ensuring effective documentation, communication, and rollout of process changes across teams; * Strong analytical skills, with a results\-driven and problem\-solving mindset; * Proactive, autonomous, and critical thinker, capable of identifying continuous improvement opportunities and driving the adoption of new methodologies, tools, and ways of working; * Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and priorities are consistently met.
