Job Summary: We are seeking a Shift Supervisor at Poke House to support the Assistant Manager and Store Manager in managing the store and team, ensuring quality and safety standards. To reinforce our success, we are seeking a Shift Supervisor for one of our "Houses", who will support the Assistant Manager and Store Manager in achieving the company-defined store and team objectives. About the Role: * Coordinate, develop, and motivate the in-store team, enhancing your colleagues' skills * Manage the cash register and oversee the entire store to maintain—and whenever possible, improve—our standards * Implement safety rules for staff, monitor HACCP compliance, and ensure the store remains clean and disinfected * Maintain and ensure proper functioning of all store equipment Soft Skills: * Passion for Food Tech * Goal-oriented * Organizational and analytical skills * Negotiation, conflict management, and feedback delivery * Entrepreneurial mindset and stress management * Flexible schedule * Enthusiasm and positive attitude * Teamwork and communication skills Requirements: * Experience as an Assistant Manager (ideally in restaurants, bars, or cafés) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * English level B2/C1 What We Offer: * Employment contract and salary commensurate with candidate’s seniority * Opportunity to join a project from day one and understand how a successful company grows and evolves * Possibility to work across all our stores, both within and outside Portugal * New colleagues and friends * Schedule: Full-time Job Type: Full-time, Temporary Compensation: €1,000.00 – €1,100.00 per month Benefits: * Meal card/ticket Selection Question(s): * Are you available to work in Oeiras?
