Our space is born in the heart of Quinta da Borgonha, where our animals produce the milk used to make our cheeses and ice creams. In our restaurant, we always incorporate into our dishes what we have at the Quinta: seasonal vegetables and fruits from our orchard and garden, our meat, and, of course, our cheese, milk, and ice creams... the sky is the limit for creating flavorful dishes.
