We are seeking a Site Director (m/f) for our Refrigeration team, responsible for technical analysis, team coordination, client representation, and cost and quality management.

We are recruiting a Site Director (m/f) for our Refrigeration team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct technical analysis of contracts by reviewing specifications / awarded proposals / supporting project documentation to ensure appropriate and timely site preparation.
Coordinate and supervise on-site teams, particularly subcontractors and RACE’s internal team, monitor defined schedules, and allocate necessary resources to meet deadlines and ensure proper technical execution.
Represent the company to the client, respond to client requests, adjust available resources and subcontractor schedules as needed, propose suitable technical alternatives, and negotiate additional work.
Interact with the Procurement department, providing necessary inputs for procurement / subcontracting processes, and ensure alignment between delivery timelines and site requirements, contributing (if necessary) to identifying alternatives.
Monitor the project from a cost and revenue perspective, ensuring adherence to—and preferably improvement upon—the budgeted solution.
Manage problem resolution by developing action plans and intervening whenever required by the nature of the situation, to safeguard project profitability and efficiency and resolve potential non-conformities.

Coordinate handover of installations to the client, verifying compliance with defined specifications and delivering all contractually required information, as well as jointly conducting project acceptance with the client.
Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environment standards by the team under supervision, in accordance with RACE’s QSE Management procedures, to guarantee that activities are performed in line with applicable requirements.
Coordinate Human Resources assigned to this role and supervise implementation of the Organization’s current HR policies to ensure motivation and development of staff under supervision, thereby maximizing human capital within the teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and/or prior experience managing refrigeration contracts
Leadership and communication skills
