With an aggressive plan to expand internationally, through current and new business models, we are seeking to strengthen our commercial team for international markets, recruiting for MARKET MANAGER (M/F) position to work in Rebordosa, Porto. Main Responsibilities: * Manage commercial relation with business partners; * Develop business potential of the market under management through current and new partners; * Define action plans to maximize business performance; * Prospect new clients and establish new business; * Demonstrate and present Laskasas products and services; * Maintain accurate records on CRM; * Prepare sales review performance; * Work towards monthly and annual targets; * Available to travel for international exhibitions, conferences and Business trips; * Meet with clients virtually or during on\-site sales visits. Minimum requirements: * Preference for degree in economics; * Minimum 2 Years’ experience in managing B2B sales and/or franchising partnerships (preferably in the furniture industry); * Experienced in the use of CRM tools (Salesforce, preferably), including Activity Planning; * Self\-motivated and driven by targets; * Resilience; * Excellent interpersonal communication skills – including both verbal and written; * Fluency in English and Portuguese (valued if fluent in a third language); * The ability to influence and negotiate with others; * Commercial awareness * IT literate with strong knowledge of MS Office and Outlook; * Numerical and Analytical Skills If you are looking for a new challenge and are interested in this offer, send your CV to recrutamento@laskasas.com Tipo de oferta: Integral/Full\-time
