Create and maintain filing systems. File and update applicant interview documentation and records. File, track, and process job applications. Create and type office correspondence using a computer. Audit and coordinate the distribution of payroll checks. Communicate to all candidates who receive a job offer the necessary documentation to bring on the first day of employment in order to complete employment verification forms. Create a new personnel file. Design and update posting and content of employee communications bulletin boards (e.g., regarding employment, recruitment, transfers, and promotions). Display all required legal or regulatory notifications related to human resources where all employees can see them, as required by law. Track and follow all chain policies and procedures; ensure a clean and complete work uniform is worn; maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times while on property; respect confidentiality when sharing information specific to the brand and/or hotel and protect all company assets. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management. Welcome and greet all guests according to brand standards. Use clear and courteous language in all communications; prepare and accurately and completely proofread written documents; answer the telephone using appropriate language. Develop positive and constructive professional relationships with peers; work together and support each other to achieve common goals; listen and respond appropriately to other employees' concerns. Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards. Enter and retrieve professional information using computers and/or point-of-sale systems. Move, lift, carry, pull, and place objects weighing up to 4.5 kilograms independently. Perform all other duties requested by supervisors that are reasonably related to the position. RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent secondary education. Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
