Preparation of opinions and projects—either independently or as part of a team—with varying degrees of complexity, and performance of other general or specialized support activities within the common, instrumental, and operational areas of competence of organs and services. Duties are carried out with technical responsibility and autonomy, albeit under qualified higher-level supervision.
