If you enjoy a versatile role, thrive in fast\-paced environments, and are eager to learn and streamline processes, this could be the perfect next step in your career.**Job Description** **Key Responsibilities** * Admin support to the retail agency team and part of the wider admin team in the office * Minor accounting duties such as invoicing: through an internal system and payment follow\-up * Help in updating data in tools such as CRM Salesforce / Engage and digital archiv. * Making arrangements for internal meetings * Managing team’s calendar including: scheduling and organizing meetings sending reminders * Submit team’s expenses, maintain holiday accruals * Business support: format and review proposals, teasers and presentation or other specific reports and update team CV’s * Support Money Laundering Prevention checks and participate in internal and external audits * Debt management * Optimizing marketing tools related to the department **Knowledge \& Experience:** * Fluent in written and spoken English / Native portuguesee * Proficient use of MS Office tools (especially Powerpoint and Excel) * Some previous experience in similar functions will be a plus **Skills \& Personal Qualities:** * Reporting skills * Organized, keen to learn and pro\-active * Team player with the ability to work autonomously * Sense of humour * Ability to organize daily workload by priorities * Ability to meet deadlines in a fast\-paced quickly changing environment * A proactive approach to problem\-solving INCO: “Cushman \& Wakefield”
