B2B Sales & Partnerships Manager: Nautical Tourism - Whales and Dolphins

TERRA AZUL is looking for ocean enthusiasts, results-driven sales professionals seeking career development in Tourism Sales, to ensure and develop relationships with its commercial partners. **The successful B2B Sales \& Partnerships Manager** is an enthusiastic, active and dynamic networker who uses self-motivation and strong personal skills, qualifications, and experience to proactively ensure that other companies promoting your business are effectively engaged**.** This role involves representing the company to local and international business partners, requires a professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills, solid knowledge of organizational tools to manage a large number of partners, and the ability to identify product benefits as motivations influencing customer behavior. **Responsibilities:** * Know the company's products and their benefits for end customers; * Prospect, acquire, and onboard new commercial partners; * Support and advise partner inquiries and manage B2B accounts, coordinating internally to ensure ideal collaborative conditions; * Negotiate contracts, activate and incentivize business with commercial partners; * Ensure regular representation and differentiation of the company among commercial partners; * Plan, organize, and manage promotional events for commercial partners; * Monitor performance and identify adjustments and opportunities; * Report regularly to the Sales Director and CFO. **Minimum Requirements:** * Proficiency in English and Portuguese (additional languages are an advantage); * Technical or higher education degree (management, CRM, or tourism is an advantage); * 2 years of experience in sales or customer service (CRM or tourism is an advantage); * Friendly interpersonal communication, both verbal and written, and attention to detail; * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel (advanced level or CRM software experience is an advantage); * Positive attitude and willingness to work 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with availability to travel part-time and flexibility for occasional weekends or holidays; * Valid driver's license. **Benefits:** * Full-time contract of 6 or 12 months, renewable, with a probation period of 3 or 4 months, and potential to become permanent; * Competitive salary and benefits package, performance-based bonus; * Opportunities for professional development and subsidized training; * Opportunity to work in a dynamic environment for a global industry, as part of an international team dedicated and passionate about wildlife conservation and ecotourism. **Important Details:** * The official workplace is Marina de Vila Franca do Campo \- Azores; however, this position is hybrid; * Possibility of collaboration with Estagiar T or Estagiar L, or other educational or professional integration programs; * Compensation will be set within the published salary range, according to the candidate's qualifications; * Due to the nature of the role and the company’s operational sector (tourism), working hours and job requirements may vary according to seasonality (tourist flow, weather, etc.).
