Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this role will play a pivotal part in coordinating warehouse operations, ensuring operational efficiency, team management, and adherence to the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
Coordinate and supervise the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure implementation and compliance with operational and safety procedures.
Lead, develop, and support shift-based work teams.
Prepare shift schedules, assign tasks, and monitor operational results.
Ensure efficient and safe use of warehouse equipment.
Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, Food Safety, Environmental, and Sustainability requirements.
Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and process optimization.
Use SAP to support operational management and incident resolution.
Desired Profile
Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics and warehouse management.
Experience managing operational teams.
Knowledge of Safety, Hygiene, Environment, and Quality areas.
SAP knowledge.
Knowledge of goods handling, dock operations, racking systems, and warehouse management systems.
Strong leadership, organizational, and results-oriented capabilities.
Availability to work rotating shifts.
Qualifications
High school diploma (12th grade), preferably in a technical-vocational program.
Training in lifting and cargo-handling machinery will be an advantage.
