Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and monitor drivers, vehicles, and routes in real time; * Ensure efficient planning of distribution operations; * Monitor deliveries and guarantee correct order closure; * Maintain contact with customers, ensuring professional and effective service; * Resolve operational incidents promptly; * Support performance analysis and process and KPI optimization. Requirements * Strong geographical knowledge (mandatory); * Experience in traffic, logistics, or fleet management roles; * Organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and work under pressure; * Proactive profile with strong teamwork spirit; * Proficiency in computer tools, particularly Microsoft Office; * Good oral and written communication skills. Conditions * Join a solid and growing company; * Rotating schedule between 08:00 and 23:00, with two days off per week; * Base salary + meal allowance + IHT; * Night shift pay (where applicable).
