We are hiring a Field Specialist Junior for our office in Azambuja **About the Role:** Support client operations by assisting teams in applying procedures, identifying improvement opportunities, and optimizing operational processes **This role involves:** Primarily operational and field-based work; Regular presence at our Distribution Center in Azambuja and visits to Restaurants to monitor operations; Monitoring operational processes, work methods, and resource utilization; Verifying compliance with operational standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements; Collecting and tracking data related to cycle times, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs); Identifying deviations, operational risks, and suggesting improvement opportunities; Supporting implementation of corrective and preventive actions; Supporting and clarifying operational teams and clients regarding procedures; Acting as the liaison point between Restaurants and internal departments (Warehouse, Transport, ROP, and Customer Service); Preparing visit reports and incident logs, ensuring clear and structured information; Contributing to continuous improvement of processes and operational best practices. **What we are looking for:** Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience, Degree in Management, Transport and Logistics Management, Engineering, or related fields; Strong knowledge of IT tools (Microsoft Office, reporting systems, Power BI, Power Apps, and mobile applications); Valid driver's license; Willingness and ability to travel frequently across mainland Portugal and the islands. **Behavioral Competencies:** Strong sense of responsibility; Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Results-driven mindset and commitment to continuous improvement; Organizational, planning, and priority management capabilities; Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and in the field. **Additional Requirements:** Knowledge of food safety and quality standards (preferred); Proficiency in English (spoken and written); What we offer Integration into a strong team; Opportunity for professional development within a growing company; Stable work environment focused on continuous improvement; Competitive salary package aligned with demonstrated experience and current employee benefits; Meal allowance via card; Continuous training program and access to LinkedIn Learning license to support your professional development; Life and Health Insurance (extendable to family members under favorable conditions); Telus Health Program (psychological counseling and support, legal and tax advisory services, social assistance consulting); Curative medical consultations and health & wellness plan; Free hot/cold beverages and fresh fruit.
