Assist in market research and competitor analysis ROLE: Support the setup, management, and enhancement of performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, and others; Track and analyse key performance indicators (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and similar KPIs), contributing to dashboards and regular reporting to support evidence\-based decisions; Assist in market research and competitor analysis, including trends, keywords, and opportunities to optimise campaign performance; Collaborate with design and content teams in the development, testing, and improvement of creatives, ad copy, and landing pages tailored to different channels and audiences. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science, or a similar field (preferred); Minimum of 2 years’ experience or knowledge in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Ads (mandatory); Strong interest in digital marketing and motivation to advance in performance marketing; Solid analytical skills and excellent attention to detail; Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English; Strong team player with an independent, proactive, and dependable profile; Good organisational and coordination skills.
