This role strongly emphasizes Agile delivery management, quality control, and documentation governance, ensuring all deliveries are well-planned, traceable, and aligned with defined priorities. The professional will play a central role in coordinating between technical teams and stakeholders, promoting continuous alignment, risk mitigation, and improvement of the squad's operational maturity. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **7 years in Delivery Management, IT Service Delivery, or technical PMO roles**; * Minimum of **3 years in Agile environments** (Scrum/Kanban) **with technical teams (infrastructure, operations, or DevOps)**; * Proven experience in **implementing governance, quality assurance, and delivery control**; * Experience in **change management and ITSM/ITIL processes** (preferred); * **Technical background in infrastructure, operations, or DevOps** (preferred); * Certifications such as Scrum Master, ITIL, or Prince2 (preferred).
