We are looking for a **Business Analysis Assistant** for our offices in Rio de Mouro. **Responsibilities:** * Preparing reports on Key Performance Indicators for the Sales and Marketing teams; * Calculating and tracking campaign results; * Monitoring the Sales team’s targets; * Monitoring and controlling sales forecasts; * Assisting with the preparation of Sales and Marketing meetings. **Required Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; * Specialization in Data Analysis and Business Intelligence is a plus **Experience:** * Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales analysis or a similar role **Required Skills:** * Analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint; * Knowledge of Business Objects and SAP Reporting is a plus; * Sense of responsibility and results\-oriented mindset; * Problem\-solving skills and a proactive attitude; * Fluency in English; * Knowledge of Spanish is a plus **What we have to offer:** * 12 month contract * Salary package compatible with the duties and responsibilities of the position. * Hybrid working * Collaborative environment * Possibility of working for a multinational company, leader in its sector **Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment**We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
