The expansion to the Porto region requires the creation of specialised local teams, which is why we are currently recruiting a Kitchen Assistant (m/f). Role: Ensure, under the guidance of the shop manager, the production and preparation of small meals according to the available range. Responsibilities: * Preparation of light meals (salads, sandwiches, snacks, etc.); * Cleaning the preparation area; * Ensure and verify compliance with cleanliness and food hygiene standards; * Support the other areas of the store, whenever necessary; * Anticipating and resolving any possible conflicts within the team. Requirements: * Experience in the role; * Like working in the kitchen area; * Knowledge of Food Hygiene and Safety; * Like the role’s versatility (support at the counter, in the pantry, kitchen, etc.) * Customer focus; * Flexibility; * Organised and process driven; * Friendly and good natured; * Availability to work in a system of rotating days off.
