Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Associate (M/F) to deliver customer service, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and assist with store-related tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Currently operating 9 stores in Lisbon and 1 in Alcochete, and driven by our continued growth, we aim to hire a **Store Associate** (M/F): * **Centro Comercial da Portela** * **Baixa** * **Avenida de Roma** * **Freeport Fashion Outlet** **Responsibilities:** * Deliver customer service in line with company-defined standards; * Maintain current knowledge of all products; * Assist with store cleaning and other duties and tasks as required by store and company needs; * Comply with all applicable quality, hygiene, and safety procedures. **Requirements:** * Minimum educational qualification: completion of 12th grade; * Prior experience in similar roles; * Availability to work **from Monday to Sunday**; * Responsible and professional attitude; * Punctuality and attendance; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage.
