Opportunity for career progression and significant impact JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform preventive maintenance and repair of industrial equipment to ensure continuous operation; Detect and rectify faults in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic machines and systems; Propose, plan, and implement automation solutions and production process improvements; Analyze technical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals to carry out interventions and optimizations; Support the installation and parameterization of new equipment and automated systems; Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all stages of the production process. REQUIREMENTS: Technical or higher education degree in Industrial Mechanics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field; Valid driver's license and availability for travel between manufacturing facilities; Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the food industry; Solid knowledge of industrial automation systems and ability to propose and implement improvements; Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and electrical schematics; Analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and decision-making capability; Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and teamwork.
