Employee benefits FUNCTION: Perform preventive maintenance and repair of industrial equipment, ensuring continuous operation; Diagnose and rectify faults in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic machines and systems; Design, plan, and implement automation and production process improvement solutions; Analyze technical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals to carry out interventions and optimizations; Support the installation and configuration of new equipment and automated systems; Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all stages of the production process. REQUIREMENTS: Technical or higher education in Industrial Mechanics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field; Valid driver's license and availability for travel between manufacturing units; Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the food industry; Solid knowledge of industrial automation systems and ability to propose improvements; Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and electrical schematics; Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; High sense of responsibility, organization, and teamwork.
