Main Responsibilities: * Support educational teams in supervising children from infancy through the 1st Cycle; * Collaborate in organizing and preparing educational environments, respecting the school’s pedagogical project; * Ensure children’s hygiene, well-being, and safety; * Support daily routines, including meals, rest periods, activities, and transitional moments; * Assist in preparing teaching materials and activities; * Contribute to maintaining organization, cleanliness, and smooth operation of educational spaces; * Actively participate in school life, fostering a welcoming, safe, and stimulating environment; * Work closely with educators, teachers, and other team members. We are looking for someone with: * A genuine interest in working with children; * A strong sense of responsibility, organization, and commitment; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Team spirit and willingness to collaborate; * Initiative, dynamism, and eagerness to learn; * Educational background compatible with the role; * Training in the educational field or experience in a school setting (preferred).
