Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to develop drawing documents, manage project documentation, and support construction execution in the civil engineering sector. Stable professional career with a forward-looking vision and growth We are recruiting: SITE MANAGER (M/F) Location: Lisbon \- Full-time MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Prepare and develop drawing documents to support construction execution, using CAD software, in accordance with the execution project and/or topographic surveys conducted; \- Carry out material, equipment, and labor take-offs and detailing required for the project; \- Identify potential design inconsistencies and monitor construction progress, verifying compliance with technical specifications and performing necessary revisions; \- Continuously manage project documentation, including updates and corrections to the execution dossier, document control of described documents and drawings across different project phases, and preparation of final panels; \- Prepare supporting documentation for the Site Management team to compile subcontractor inquiry dossiers. CANDIDATE PROFILE: \- Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade; preferably trained as a Draftsperson or Construction Technician; \- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in similar roles within the civil construction sector; \- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM; \- Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and autonomy; \- Rigor, reliability, proactivity, and ability to work effectively in teams and communicate with interdisciplinary teams; \- Willingness to travel.
