Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and responsible professional to manage and oversee renovation projects, coordinate teams, and ensure project quality and deadlines in Lisbon and the South Bank. Close and collaborative work environment About BD Rebuild BD Rebuild is a growing renovation company specializing in bathrooms, kitchens, and full-home renovations in Lisbon and the South Bank. We are expanding our team with an organized, responsible individual possessing strong planning skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring work proceeds with quality and within defined deadlines. Main Responsibilities \* Planning and daily supervision of construction projects; \* Coordination of teams and service providers; \* Quality inspection and control; \* Preparation and management of material requirements; \* Contact with suppliers and support for purchase orders; \* Schedule and priority control; \* Oversight of additional works and after-sales services; \* Support in selecting and integrating new partners; \* Identification and resolution of on-site issues; \* Coordination with commercial and administrative departments. Candidate Profile \* Experience in construction project management and supervision; \* Knowledge of civil construction and renovation; \* Leadership and organizational skills; \* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; \* Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and specialties; \* Strong sense of responsibility; \* Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities; \* Proficiency in Excel and digital tools (preferred); \* Valid driver's license. Particularly Valued \* Experience in residential renovation projects; \* Knowledge of measurements, site preparation, and planning; \* Ability to anticipate problems and propose solutions; \* Network of service providers; \* Practical, humble, and results-oriented profile; \* Teamwork ability and capacity to integrate into a growing organization.
