Provis Technologies is seeking a confident and enthusiastic **Booth Representative** to join our team for **Web Summit 2025** — one of the world’s largest and most influential technology conferences. The selected candidate will represent Provis Technologies at our exhibition booth in Lisbon, welcoming visitors, sharing insights about our solutions, and helping identify new business opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** * Represent Provis Technologies at the exhibition booth in a professional and approachable manner. * Welcome, engage, and interact with visitors, providing clear and accurate information about our services and technologies. * Identify and qualify potential business leads for follow\-up by our team. * Maintain a polished and professional appearance throughout the event. * Support the team in ensuring smooth booth operations and an excellent visitor experience. **Candidate Requirements** * Based in Lisbon with a valid residence visa. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English (Portuguese is a plus). * Confident, professional, and personable with a strong client\-facing presence. * Prior experience in events, exhibitions, trade shows, or customer engagement roles is highly desirable. * Flexible to work during the exhibition, including extended hours if required. **About Web Summit 2025** This November, Web Summit 2025 will transform Lisbon into a global hub for technology and innovation, drawing over **70,000 attendees** from across the world.
